Toady’s quick addon review is Watcher. This addon currently supports Warriors, Paladins and Hunters.
Watcher monitors cooldowns on specific abilities set up in the options. You can choose up to eight. It then displays visually on a scale your chosen abilities and how long in seconds until cooldown completes.
I know OmniCC does the same thing with cooldown timers on the buttons but I find Watcher is better for catching my attention.
