First of want to say love the show been listenening since

your first week after hearing about you on BoE.

Just wanted to chime in and say that there was indeed a

Firefly mmo planned but for buget and other reasons has been put on perminent

hold at the pre production level.

I agree with you all that I would be an awsome game if done

right, but knowing TV series to game history I know that it would not live up

to the potential so sadly hope that it stays on hold.

• Earned the achievement Make It Count for 10 points.
• Earned the achievement The Wyrmrest Accord for 10 points.
• Noth the Plaguebringer kills (Naxxramas 25 player) -weekly raid boss -woot 5 frosties
• Ran Ahn’Kahet: the Old Kingdom with Teo and crew.
• Finally tried to pug a group for Forge of Souls. Waited about 30 mins and gave up.
• 40 Frost badges.

Hypknotoad:

• Purplevein obtained [Whispering Fanged Skull]
• Ventured back to Ulduarr with the War Pigs. Got up to Auriaya tried the Iron Council but failed with only 2 heals.
• Back to ZF a lot on Crooked, love that instance, hex’s are a bit annoying, recall that on my druid i could do nothing about them.
• Have 58 frost badges getting closer to my next upgrade!
• Almost got my Revered Ashen Verdict ring 400 more rep needed.
• Did ToC again got up to faction champs, had trouble with acidmaw and dreadscale.
• Goodbye to Regime who returned to his old server with better raiding times.

Tried Saurfang the last boss in the first wing of ICC.

This week returned to ICC had a couple of wipes on Marrowgar stupid mistakes mine being the first without my macro set up.

One shotted Lady Deathwhisper woot!

Had quite a bit of trouble with the Gunship battle.

Guild Event:

Ran Naxx 25 with Crazy Train, after some inital tank issues we blazed through that apart from the safety dance. Here’s some pics from the raid.

• Patch 3.3.2 notes
• Frostwing Halls is now open.
• New strength-based melee DPS rings are now available from representatives of the Ashen Verdict.
• Tier-9 Sets: The Aspirant vendors at the Argent Tournament grounds have worked out a deal with merchants in Dalaran so that all item level 232 set pieces will now be available on armor vendors in the city. Set pieces which require trophies will still be available for purchase only from vendors at the Argent Tournament grounds.
• The party leader is now referred to as Guide in chat when a group is formed via the Dungeon Finder.
• A few talent changes to druids, shamans, Warlocks and Warriors
• Tweaks made to several instances

• Some words on talent tree changes in Cataclysm from ghostcrawler Via-MMOChampion.com
• We are not deepening the trees. This actually unlocks some interesting opportunities. For the first time, you can reach a 51 point talent and a 21 point talent in another tree.
• We want to see far more “cookie cutter” build guides that say “Spend the last 5-10 points where you want.”

Nevik: STO Beta/Head start impressions

- Got home (early!) on Friday thinking my STO client was ready to go. Denied: 2.5 3 hr patch via Steam Steam felt it necessary to delete my STO client and redownload it. This is due to the STO client patching itself outside of the Steam client, causing Steam to think it is corrupted.

Best advice I’ve seen to remedy this issue is to run the STO directly (ie do not use the Steam shortcut) and disable the Steam client from updating the files. This is accomplished by going to your My Games tab in Steam, right click Star Trek Online, select Properties>Updates and set that to “Do not automatically update this game.”
