Finished a story arc and got my legacy name.  Having a hard time coming up with something.
Finished Balmora- good story. leveling hump
Did some research on my class.  Discovered I wasnt using some abilities that I should be- ie. Vital Shot.  Puts a DOT on target which can help with multiply targets and bosses.  The few extra ticks of damage can be the difference in taking down the boss.
Moved on to Quesh. Funny warning about a stim to allow you to breath the toxic air.

Ash was looking for some help with a few quests she picked up in Uldum.  Log in and fly to the place only to find the quests were in a 5 man.

I’ve decided to give LFR a go due to BOE and Manbone.

Got a sweet one handed Axe from dragon soul.  Got it gemmed up and re-forged.  Did a bit of farming to try and build up enough gold to finish optimising.

Saturday Night.  Back into Dragon Soul and this time we rolled through the trash and the 1st 2 bosses with out slowing down.  The 3rd boss (Ping Pong) gave us some trouble but we managed to take him down after a bit of rearranging for the healing assignments. Moved onto the 4th boss and took a few attempts to learn the dance.  Think we would have managed to get them down if we had another attempt but our final go was foiled by the Vent boss.

Saturday Night: Week 2.  Cruised through the trash and first 2 bosses, then we hit a wall on Ping-Pong. Spent the next two hours wiping on him but managed to down him before the end of the run.

Hit Lvl 30- finally able to finish the ending quests on Tatooene.  Looking forward to getting off that rock.  I’ve seen enough sand.  Thanks to Hyp for helping my with my final storyline mission on Tatooene.
Bought my power converter and the newer space missions are do-able now.

Ran my lowbie secret Jedi toon.  He’s fun to play, a bit more in the middle of the action.

Set 1n the Wild West in 1873, Daniel Craig awakes with no memory and a strange metal armband.  He sets off to the nearest town to piece together who he is and finds a checkered past and an Alien invasion.  With the help of the towns bad guy and a mysterious woman they fight to save the world.  The movie was a solid action film if a bit predictable.  Good special effects and visual style.

Breaking Bad S4E1 The box cutter: Great start to the season.  Jesse gets picked up after shooting Gail and brought back to the lab to wait with Walter for Gus to show up.  Another fantastic tension build up as Gus arrives and Walter pleas for their lives.  Love the flash back at the start showing Gail setting up the lab and convincing Gus to hire the man who made the blue meth.
S4E2+E3- Building episodes, Jesse is spiraling downward and Walter is trying to figure out a long term plan.  Walter gets a gun.  Mike beats him up when Walter suggests a plan to kill Gus. Security cameras are installed.

Sherlock: The Hounds of Baskerville.  Another great episode.
Merlin:  Season 4 is back on Sifi. Light fare but I enjoy it.
Californication: Ep 2 Good stuff.
Face Off: Another Sifi show- Interesting show about special effect make up.  I could do with out the “reality” show aspect.
Fringe: Turning out to be a pretty good season.  Peter is bridging the gap between the two sides and getting them to work together against a common threat, who he’s had dealings with but they have not, and ultimately return him to his own timeline.
Archer: Still doing their thing.

Paranoid is back in action this week as we return from our holiday hiatus on Sat.  Will our heroes take down Deathwing? Or will they fall in Lava... Tune in nest week to find out.

E-Peen:

• Loving the space battles. I was a bit skepticle when I heard they were on rails, but I think it works just fine.  You do have some control over the ship and although it can be a bit frustraiting when you want to make another pass and the ship is heading in the wrong direction its enough control to still give the illusion of flying. Good experience points for the first run.
• Find that I tend to be finishing my main story quests before I'm the right level to move to the next area. Either I’m not doing enough side quests or they aren’t spaced right.  Finished Taris but still had a ton of the map that was undiscovered.  The next planet was 3 levels ahead of where I was. Had to land on Taris again and do a bit more questing.
• Want to get one of the speeder bikes they used as a taxi on taris.
• Whats with taking off and landing everytime I enter my ship?  I just want to talk to someone in the cargo hold of my ship... I gotta enter orbit to do it?
• Rolled a Jedi Knight. Haven’t started playing him yet.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011)

The 2nd Sherlock Holmes film staring Robert Downey Jr as Holmes, Jude Law as Watson and directed by Guy Richie.  This time they are also joined by Noomi Rapace (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) who do an excellent job playing a gypsy who was unwittingly caught up in Moriaty’s plans.

Taken for what it is, (a fast paced action movie) I thought it was very enjoyable.  Not enough of Sherlock doing his detective thing for my taste. It’s also very much a Bro-mance maybe even more than its a detective story as Sherlock has a hard time letting go of his friend Watson who is trying to get married and move on.  The characters have a great report and its fun watching them do their verbal sparing.

-- Overall: Worth seeing on the big screen.

Breaking Bad:  Saw the fly episode- good, but not as good as them getting stranded in the dessert.  Jesse discovers that selling to people in rehab is not that easy, and gets a girlfriend. Skyler wants to get involved with the money laundering.  Gus has diner with Walter- gives him cryptic advise. (don’t make the same mistake twice) Jesse discovers the identity of the kid and crew that killed homeslice. Comes up with a plan to kill them with poison which Walter wants no part of.  Gus finds out and brings them all in.  Gus tells Jesse to keep the peace and tells the dealers to stop using kids.  They kill the kid and jesse goes to shoot them.  Walter runs over both of them with his car and shoots one in the head.

Sherlock Holmes (BBC): Season 2 of the Moffit written series has started with a bang.  Excellent show with all of the magic of the first season.  Love Sherlocks portrayal in this series.

Homeland
Finished the season highly recomended lots of twists can’t wait for season 2.

Boardwalk Empire
Season Finale ends a bit unexpectedly for me.  Lot’s of loose ends tied up, but makes me wonder where the series will go from here.
Important points: Van Alden moves the the Mid-West, Nucky gets a miss-trial, Jimmy tries to settle things with Nucky and pays the ultimate price, Margret gets married and gives the land to the church.(Spoilers)

Games:

Skyrim:
I’ve side stepped the main story to explore the Dark Brotherhood storyline.  May like it even more than the Thieves guild.  I was expecting it to be a shorter throw away story like like in Oblivion. Shadowmere Is a cool horse that you can get during it.

Breaking Bad:  Walter and his ex offer to pay for Hanks treatment. Sjyler makes up a huge story to cover where the money comes from.  Jesse plans on skimming from the batches to sell on his own.

Boardwalk Empire:  Best scene ever: when VanAlden is confronted with evidence of murdering his partner. Weird flash back episode for Jimmy.

Walking dead had their mid-season break finale. All the tension comes to a head.
